I want to transfer my Gabb Phone 3 from an older child who recently went onto our regular plan with a new phone to a younger child, who is currently on Gabb Phone Plus. Before switching, I want the phone to be wiped so that the older kiddo's pictures and texts are no longer on the phone. The Gabb settings won't allow me to do a factory reset (just deleting doesn't actually get rid of them either) and after two failed attempts at having support help me (30+ minutes each time), I'm turning to this website - anyone know how to do this?
