Watch won't power up - Replace with a used one?
Hello - My daughter a Gabb watch that we have been unable to use for a few months as it instantly dies when removed from the charger. Can I get a used one and swap it out? I am halfway through a two year contract.

Why can't my son log into schoology, campus, or family search get involved?
Every time my son tries to log into one of these applications, it just tells him that something went wrong. When he tries to use SSO, it kicks him out and so he can't use these apps, therefore they are useless on a Gabb Phone.

Dark Video Calls
Does anyone know why the video calls I make to the Gabb 4 phone would be dark? They are so dark that my kids have to use a ring light to make it look like a normal call on my end(anyone not using the Gabb phone). Otherwise it's almost pitch black even in a well lit room.
