Why is my kid not able to send a message
I just got my kid a Gabb phone pro and it was working fine until it stopped working and kept saying "failed to send" when my kid tries to send a message. We have tried to reset the phone but it keeps saying it and we have a sim card in it too.

Adding/Deleting Contacts in Messenger
I have chatted with support and was advised to create a new Gabb id. I did that and it still pulled in the prior contact list with the contacts I need to remove. Doesn’t matter if I delete it on the Gabb device or my device they just keep coming back. Does anyone know how to remove contacts on these phones??

How is one supposed to cancel our line? Gabb has been great but we need to cancel the service.
Gabb watches have been great for my family but my daughter is ready for an iPhone. I need to cancel one of my lines and keep the other one active. I can't find how to cancel service anywhere in my account online. Anybody else run into this?
