Still Having Problems Adding Apps on Gabb Phone 4 Pro

I'm still having issues with adding certain apps to the Gabb Phone 4 Pro (Samsung A15 5G).

I'm curious about how many other users are having the same problems getting certain apps to show up on the Gabb Phone after they have been Added.

I can Add most apps from the Gabb App Store and they almost immediately appear in the Google Play Store on the phone then I can install them with no problem. Most of the time the apps will install automatically on the phone.

However, no matter how many times I've Added certain apps or Removed them the app will not show up in the Google Play Store on the phone. I spent about 30 to 40 minutes with Tech Support yesterday. They had me power the phone off and on again, reset network settings, Remove the apps, log out of my Gabb Account then log back in again and try to Add the apps again. No matter what we did the apps still would not show up in the Google Play Store on the Gabb Phone 4 Pro.

These are the apps I have Added from the Gabb App store that will not show up in the Gabb Phone's Google Play Store even after working with Gabb Tech Support. Even with a manual search in the Google Play Store app they are still not there.

Fetch Rewards (approved about 6 months ago)

Albertsons Deals and Delivery (recently approved)

Smart Things (approved about a month ago)

Voice Recorder & Voice memos (recently approved)

Barnes & Noble (recently approved)

SeatGeek - Tickets to Events (recent)

Amazon Kids (no longer in the app store)

Is anyone else having this problem with these same apps?

Thanks in advance for your input.

I have enabled several apps for my son’s phone, but we cannot find a play store app to download them to the phone. Where can we find the apps to download now?

I haven't been able to download ANY of the apps since upgrading my son's phone in November. I get an error message every time so can't even get to downloading anything. CS has been no help saying they are "working on it"

I have the Samsung a15/ gapp phone 4 plus 5g.

I also can't get the Fetch Rewards app to sync up with Google play on the gabb phone. Seems like this problem has been going on for a year almost!! Five months ago, there was something said about fixing this "right away"😕

Enabled apps not appearing in gabb phone Google Play seems to be something related to "syncing enterprise configuration".

This is most likely a syncing issue because gabb phone's do not access the Internet until after it has been received and inspected for content. Consequently, gabb devices need frequent syncing or links and pathways can become broken or corrupted.

I just recently became the proud owner of Galaxy Samsung a15 which came with those same exact issues right out of the box. ( Fetch app won't show up, gabb maps doesn't work, and all apps open simultaneously when you want to open just one!

The most upsetting part is that each time I spoke with tech support, they acted as if they were hearing it for the first time and gave me the same old trouble shooting methods that Never Work! Never once in two years has gabb resolved an issue with my devices. Why should I believe they ever will? And what will be our compensation for paying for a product that never worked?

@Regan Kowal there is only one main problem with this option.

When I reset all settings it wipes out all of my Bluetooth connections to my car and headphones and I have to completely reset my Samsung Smartwatch. Then I have to re-pair all my Bluetooth devices as well as setup my watch again. So I do not recommend telling Gabb users to use the option you stated below.

Gabb Phone 3 and 4 Pro:

    1. Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset -> Reset all settings

    @BrandonT,

Thank you for bringing awareness to this! It's great for others to know that there can be addiction steps needed after preforming troubleshooting steps. In some situations, it is necessary to preform the Reset all settings steps to ensure we fully understand what is causing the error. Apologies for any additional trouble this can cause.

    Thank you again!
