I've been having a lot of trouble assigning tasks to my child's Gabb Watch since updating the MyGabb app a couple of weeks ago on my Android phone. I'm seeing the same tasks repeating hundreds of times in my app, but no tasks show up on her watch.

Even when I assigning new tasks they don't show up on her watch.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it didn't help.

Has anyone else been having this problem?

I was wondering, is anyone else is having this same problem?

The tasks feature of the MyGabb app isn't working. The same task shows in the app hundreds of times, but no tasks are showing in the paired watch. I've tried deleting the tasks. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. But the tasks are still there.

Can someone please help us?

Thank you for making this post and for sharing the error you are experiencing with the MyGabb app for your Gabb Watch 3e. This definitely is not normal behavior. Apologies for any trouble this has caused you and your family.

Our team is aware of this bug and are actively working to get this resolved. We do not currently have a release date for the fix but will update this thread as soon as we have more information.

We'd love to see any and all reports of this commented in this thread to help our team better investigate the bug. Thank you all for helping us r
