I was surprised to learn that texts and phone logs are not necked up to the cloud. Our daughter's phone isn't working right and we have an option to get a replacement. Anyone know if there's a way to restore texts to a new phone, even through a tech business that repairs phones?

I have a phone that runs Android version 12. I updated to the latest myGabb app on the Google Play store today, and after logging in, it opened to a map screen showing my son's location.
