Gabb Watch Unpair

My daughters watch just keeps bouncing between two screens: "Hello Let's set up your watch" and "Get the MyGabb app on a parent's phone Add this device (name/ID?)…

I'm not finding a place to re-pair it and on my parent app, it's showing that it is paired. But when we call the watch, it just goes straight to voicemail.

Thoughts on how to fix this issue?

Hi @Casu0117,

Sorry to hear your MyGabb app and Gabb Watch 3e are having a hard time connecting. It sounds like your watch needs a reset to help it connect to the app. Follow these steps to help:

1. On the MyGabb App: Unpair the watch: (might not apply to you at this time)
   1. Select the Devices tab
   2. Select Profile on the watch you need to unpair
   3. Scroll to the bottom of the profile and select Remove Device
   4. Select Remove and Reset
2. On the Watch: Factory Reset the watch:
   1. Place the watch on the charger. Ensure connection by paying attention to a small vibration, dinging sound, or the charging icon on the watch screen.
      1. If the watch doesn't have at least a 30% charge, inform the customer to let the watch charge until it reaches 30%, at this point, they should resume attempting the factory reset.
      2. If you suspect any issues with the charger at all (no vibration or ding when placed, the watch slips off the magnet too easily, etc…) offer to replace the charger first.
   2. Turn the watch on. A factory reset will not be possible if the watch is off.
   3. If the watch is experiencing a black screen/gabb logo screen issue, do this step. If not, skip to step 'd'
      1. Ensure the watch is on by holding the back button for 4 seconds to trigger the SOS call to the primary contact
   4. With the watch still on the charger, press the back button (top right button) 10 times fast. Ensure that you are only clicking this 10 times because an additional click will exit out of the pop-up as soon as it appears
   5. An image will appear on the watch
   6. Select the checkmark on the watch
   7. The watch should power off, factory reset, and then power back on when it’s finished, prompting you to re-pair the device.
3. Pair the watch again with the MyGabb app.
4. Get watch updates by leaving the watch on the charger and navigating to the ⬇️ app on the watch and tapping System Update as well as navigating to the ID app on the watch and tapping Update Apps.
