Unable to log into parent MyGabb App

I was able to get in this morning. I enrolled a new phone and now have it working. A few hours later I tried to enroll a second phone, but now unable to log in. When I put in my user name and password, it brings me right back to the login page. Putting in a wrong password gives me an error. I updated the app. Updated the phone. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Nothing seems to work.

    Logging into the My Gabb app keeps redirecting me back to login. User name and password are correct. I can force a "Password not correct" message by intentionally using a bad password. It looks like credentials are accepted but not passed through and so I endlessly redirect.

    Is chat support being phased out? I tried to deal with this Friday during support hours and couldn't access at all. This would be a massive mistake!

    Your posts were merged together as it looks like you were both experiencing similar trouble with your MyGabb app. It's great to see that you were able to talk with our Customer Support team to ensure you were able to get logged into your app. Apologies for any concern this caused.

    The troubleshooting @Seifres mentioned in their post above are great troubleshooting steps to start with if one is experiencing this error:

    1. Reset Password
    2. Update app in the Apple Store/Google Play Store
    3. Delete and Re-Install the MyGabb app

    I just bought my son a Gabb phone 4 pro, and I cannot log into the myGabb app on my iPhone. I get the unending spinning wheel of death. If I intentionally use the wrong password, it immediately gives me an appropriate error message, so I am confident it is not a simple user issue. I can log in online without issue. I did the basic troubleshooting of restarting my phone and deleting and re-installing the app to no avail. Is this a known current issue, or am I just lucky? Does anyone know a fix for this?

The troubleshooting steps above has helped resolve this. If those steps do not help resolve the error for you, it could be due to not having all the necessary information added to your MyAccount.     I logged into my account on a PC and went to the "Account Information" page. I clicked edit on the "Personal Details" and the "Payment Information" sections. Each was missing information, so I completed both, and now I can log in to the app on my phone.

    To help other users, it would be great if Gabb added some instructions or something on the "Account Information" page to indicate information needs to be updated for the account to work properly. Only upon clicking the edit buttons was there any indication of missing information.
