How to fix, gabb phone stuck on KNOX Manage?

Question

I woke up, my son dropped his gabb phone pro 3 and when we restarted his phone, his phone got stuck on a screen “Samsung Knox Manage” asking me to sign in to the Knox manage account

[mvqUjBUwDrzMim0gZZLB@gabbwireless.com], password unknown???I have no idea why this is happening but any replies will be helpful, thank you.
