My son has a pattern password, he can’t rember what it was and he has been logged out multiple times. I don’t know how he could change his password without knowing it. Just let me know if you guys can maybe erase his password or something.

Hey @Katy,
Forgetting the password to a phone is bound to happen once or twice, it happens to all of us! Our Customer Support team does have a troubleshooting step that can be done to remove the password. They ask that you reach out when you have at least 15 minutes to troubleshoot on chat or call. Please contact Customer Support by chat on www.gabb.com, or by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT.

Same problem here--my child set a password on her phone when she wasn't with me. She thought the phone was inviting her to play a game and draw a picture. She's an older kid but with dyslexia and dysgraphia so reading what she was doing and then remembering the pattern she drew are both hard. She realized she had made a mistake when she got locked out later, and now we are stuck. I'll chat the customer support and get help erasing the password, but wanted to leave the public comment to suggest to Gabb that you make it impossible for a kid to set a finger pattern password without parental permission on Gabb phones.
