Our automatic payment was taken but isn't reflected on the account. When I try accessing the billing link, it does not load. There are multiple "Errors" that pop up when going to other pages on the website.

So sorry to hear you're experiencing this! This sounds extremely frustrating.
Here is a troubleshooting step that might help with this:
Safari + Tab + Swipe to Private + tap the tab
File + Private Window
Chrome + More + New Incognito tab
Press Ctrl + Shift + n
Once you have an incognito tab pulled up, try accessing your MyAccount again. If you continue to have trouble with this after these troubleshooting steps, you can contact our amazing Customer Support team by phone at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT. They will be able to quickly get your account information updated.
