We recently upgraded my daughters phone to the Gabb 4 Plus from the Gabb 4. When trying to make sure the data was backed up. It states only is backing up the photos and when talking to the help desk on chat they said it is not an option to backup contacts…
Is this true? How are we supposed to get all the contacts on the other phone without having to reenter those?
