Can I transfer photos from Gabb Cloud to my computer?

It appears this is not an option to transfer photos from Gabb Cloud to a computer and I don't understand why not. Is there no way to access these photos beyond just viewing them on the phone?

And, why do deleted photos keep getting restored every night? I don't understand why the backup is restoring deleted photos.

Thank you for this post and your question. At this time, transferring Gabb Cloud data from the Cloud itself to a computer is not yet a feature. This would be an amazing post to add to our Feature Idea section of the forum. When posted there, others can vote on the post to help our team know the want and need of this feature. 

To post in the Feature Idea section, follow these steps:

1. Select Discussion Topic at the top of the forum. 
2. Select Feature Idea.
3. Select New Idea.

🌟With that said, to transfer data such as MP3 and photos from the Gabb Phone itself to the non-Gabb Phone, you can follow these steps:

• Mac Users:
  • Download a file transfer software. Ex: Android File Transfer
  • Connect your Gabb Phone to your Mac after opening the Android File Transfer software and transfer files to the computer.
  • Connect your new device to the computer and transfer the files to it.
• PC Users:
  • Connect your Gabb Phone to your PC with the USB Type-C cable.
  • Unlock your Gabb Phone and choose "File Transfer".
  • Move your files to the computer.
  • Connect your new device to the computer and transfer the files to it.
• For both PC and Mac Users:
  • You can also use a microSD card to transfer files but not contacts. Insert the card into the slot under the camera/flash on your Gabb Phone.
