Tried the cleaning, change of sockets, unpairing but now have a dead watch and it refuses to charge. Need a solution to fix this

Thank you for the information…when I try to upgrade I don't see the free device option even though we have been on this for the last 3 years. Do you have suggestions on how to navigate that?
