State Farm Youth driving safety apps dont work

I've installed the app as the admin but the location services says it isnt on, even though location services are always on for a Gabb Phone. Need help getting advances access to the app on my daughters phone so maybe I can configure it propperly. I've found that if the app developer and gabb dont have the app fine tuned for Gabb then it wont work even though they provide it in the gabb app store.

I have state farm Steer Clear app enabled for my daughters phone but it the location services are still not working. It appears I need to increase the permissions for location for that specific app but all I see it the ability to install the app and not to go in as an admin and further increase the permissions. How can I increase the permissions for an app as an Admin?

Hi @mellingm,

So sorry to hear that you are experiencing some trouble with the location services in State Farm and Steer Clear apps. It sounds like those apps need internet connection to access the location of the device. Because our devices do not have access to the internet, this feature in the apps will not function as desired.
