said my bill wasn’t paid.… went in to check that my card was correct and nothing was there, so tried to add a new card and it isn’t letting me.
Has anyone been able to pay their bill this weekend? It keeps denying my cards.
Also, does anyone else have a billing issue every month? The site "saves" my card information, and then the next month, I get the bill, says it has my card on file, and then a few days later I get an email saying my payment "failed". So I go back into my account, put in the exact same card information, and then the bill gets paid. I have no idea what is going wrong. I have also contacted the company and I have gotten very little help with this issue.

Your posts were merged together as it sounds like you're both experiencing a similar issue with your automatic monthly billing.
Apologize for any trouble this has caused. Our team was made aware of this and quickly resolved the issue as of yesterday, October 6th. You should be able to update your card information in your MyAccount without trouble.
