On the watch my child is only able to use the pre-set texts. They will send with no issue, but when she tries clicking into the space to type nothing comes up (no key board or anything). I've gone through the steps of soft re-start and hard re-start listed online. Going as far as fully removing the watch from my app and re-pairing. How do we make this work?
