Hello my name is Mr. Allred and my sons name is Jaxon and his phone has been acting strange for about 2 weeks now. Anything that gabb has automatically put on, we click on and it crashes and kicks us out. My son is obsessed with music and texting and he can’t do that right now cause of the glitching and kicking him out. We have tried to factory reset the phone but its greyed out and i have factory resets on but its still greyed out. What should i do?
