Why are there only 9 apps?

I don't remember what plan I signed up for when I bought Gabb in the first place.
It's completely unintuitive how to install additional apps on the phone.
I looked at the instructions from this post and couldn't figure out how to do this.

Why isn't there an obvious place within the account for parents to enable additional apps for their children within the account? Do we have to go through customer service to do this? If so why? Why create such difficulty and friction for parents to manage the apps their kids use?

Why do all of the plans on my dashboard say they include 100's of apps, but only 9 are displayed when I go to the Gabb app store?

When I click manage,
The starter, standard, and advanced all show as an included selling point:
* 100’s of Gabb-reviewed Apps

When I go to Gabb App Store, there are only 9 available.
I tried adding his birthday and still no changes.

There's nothing under the different plans or subscriptions that indicates that it's what's needed to add apps.

Is this a hidden setting that only a Gabb employee can turn on?
If so why don't you tell parents this? This is a frustrating time waste.

Thank you for these posts and questions. It sounds like your line is currently on the Starter Plan which includes the 9 Preset Parent-enabled Apps. The Advanced Plan is the one that includes the 100’s of Gabb-reviewed Apps option. You can see the breakdown of each plan on our website HERE and in the photo below:

To check which plan your line(s) are on, follow these steps:

Log into your MyAccount👈
Ensure you are on the Dashboard.
Scroll down to the profile of the device and look for "Child Accounts"
Under Child Accounts you will see "Plan Details"
Select "Manage"

You will see "Current" above the plan active on that line. If you wish to upgrade to the Advanced Plan for the added apps, you can select the new plan from that same screen.

Thanks for the info.

Please update the inside of the dashboard when clicking manage account, the sections for all 3 plans look the exact same. (maybe add the Ghostbuster icons showing what is/isn't available in the different tiers so it's perfectly clear.

Also there's no info either on the Gabb App store section that upgrading adding additional apps is only available on the Advanced plan.

P.S. I think your screenshot is showing old/special pricing with lower prices than I'm seeing.

Apologize for the confusion with the pricing. The pictures in my post are showing the plan prices of the 2 Year contract. Prices differ with the 1 Year and No Contract option. It looks like your line is on the No Contract option.
