Is there any way Gabb could make it actually possible for in-app purchases?

My daughter has a Gabb phone 4 pro, and we downloaded Toca Boca World. She and her brothers wanted to purchase packs on there (an in-app purchase). When we went to buy the pack, we used a Google Play card. We put all needed information in, but it denied it and said error. We have also tried using a separate payment option but it still denies access. This has been extremely frustrating, as the kids get their hopes up just to be let down. It would be greatly appreciated if Gabb could make it possible to add a Google account to be able to put a Play card on. Maybe add a feature where signing into a Google account on Google Play could be temporarily enabled by the parent's phone?

Thank you for this post and question. Temporarily enabling internet access by the parent phone is not a feature we offer at this time. Our goal is to keep the Gabb user safe from internet and social media. We do all we can to accomplish this by blocking access to the internet. This includes Google logins that link the user to the internet. 

Follow these steps to add a payment option for an in-app purchase:

1. Using a parent phone, create an account in the desired app and add all the necessary information.
2. Log out of the newly created account on the parent phone.
3. Log into the account on the Gabb device.

From there, your Gabb device should have access to the In-App purchases.
