GP4P File Transfer for Mac?

Hello,

On the Gabb Phone 4 Pro, which is what we use, we've always appreciated the ability to transfer its files to a Windows or ChromeOS computer. However, after recently purchasing a Mac, this functionality has ended, even with the Android File Transfer app or a third-party app like MacDroid. This works for all other Android phones just fine, so I can only assume that there's some setting that Gabb has force turned on or off on the phones that allows this not to happen.

Please look into and resolve this issue, so that we can transfer files directly via a USB-C cable, because other solutions like Google Drive (which, if I may remind you, is not allowed on Gabb) do not work.

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble with transferring your data from your Gabb Phone 4 Pro to your Mac. Here are the official steps for the file transfer:

Mac Users

1. Download a file transfer software like Android File Transfer.
2. Connect the Gabb Phone to your Mac after opening the Android File Transfer software and transfer files to the computer.
3. Connect the new device to the computer and transfer the files to it.

Download Macdroid on a MacBook

1. Plug in the Gabb Phone 4 Pro into the MacBook
2. Make sure File transfer is on on the Gabb phone:
   1. Swipe down from the top of screen.
   2. Tap Charging this device via USB.
   3. Tap Tap for more options.
   4. Tap File Transfer.
   5. Open Macdroid on the MacBook.
   6. Click on Locations.
