Ability for parents to track screen time and app usage

As a parent I should be able to track amount of screen time by device, more specifically time spent per app. In addition I should be able to limit the time spent per app per day. I know there is a Lock Mode available on some of the Gabb watches, this feature is also greatly needed for the phones.

I love Gabb and what it is doing, but this is a HUGE miss in my opinion from a company whose mission is "Letting kids be kids. Giving parents peace of mind." Yes there is peace of mind from a lot of the horrible things that can otherwise be easily available on other smart phones. But there is no peace of mind to protect from addictive behaviors? Just because a child only has access to "safe" apps, doesn't mean the child is safe. How do I know if my child is playing games during school? How do I know if they are spending too much time on the ESPN app? Or things like that?

I was considering upgrading both of our devices to the Pro 4, but without a feature like this I have zero interest in doing so.

I totally had this thought too to limit screen time during school with my son. It gave us an opportunity to have a good talk with him so he could learn how to control himself on the phone. With that said, I still wanted to make sure he wasn't on his apps during class so I started disabling any apps though my account I thought would be distracting during school. Let's just say my son got the hint! This is working great for us but I definitely think that a time limit feature would be awesome!

In my eyes, Gabb is doing great. I love the parent messenger app and all the things I can do on it like having control over if my kid can delete texts and approving contacts. Again, more features will be great when gabb is able to add them but they are still great.

Absolutely. Glad he can't scroll Youtube. But apparently he can text all night long. That is not helpful. Definitely regretting this purchase.
