I am trying to upgrade my kids watches however every time I hit checkout the screen is blank and I cannot do anything… Also what is the gabb phone number for customer service, I cant find it on the website.

I got that blank screen yesterday when I was trying to place an order. When I talked with support they had me do a private bowser on my iPhone. When that didn't work I got out my laptop and got it to work there. That worked for me. Maybe it will work for you guys @Liz28 @LaRay
