I got my grandaughter the gabb phone 4 on the starter plan just 3 days ago. However is it possible to upgrade to the next plan or can I add mms to her current plan

    Hey @Ollielouie ,

    You can for sure change that Gabb Phone 4 from a Starter plan to a Standard plan at anytime. You are correct, the Starter plan does not include image or group texting. The Standard plan, however, introduces that feature. To upgrade your plan anytime, from a computer:

    1. Login to your Gabb Account at gabb.com/account
    2. Click Dashboard and scroll to the device in question
    3. On the device, select Manage Plan

    Once you've done so, you may need to restart the phone in a high cell service area for that new plan to kick and to be able to send group and image texts. Also if you haven't already, check out the Gabb Messenger Parent app that allows you to get notified of potentially harmful text messages, manage deletion settings and more.
