Green light at top of Gabb Phone 4

On most other phones, the green light means the camera is active. My daughter's phone is showing a green light when it is "sleeping" and nothing should be active (except tracking.)

What is this indicator? If it is the phone, why/how is it staying active?

    Hello @JerseyMom,

    Great question! The green light you are seeing is a charging light. The green light indicates the phone is plugged in and fully charged. The light will be red when the phone is charging. If unplugged and the green light is still on, you may be able to try re-plugging and unplugging it from the charging cable.

    There is a different light that will turn on when the mic and/or camera are on. This light is on the top right of screen on phone.
