Anyone else having issues connecting Gabb phone 4 to WiFi?
at home, we have a hidden WiFi network and for some reason even when I enter all of the information, the Gabb phone will not recognize the network. It is a 2.4 network so I know that is not the issue and everyone other phone/device in my home connects just fine. Any insight?

We've done the suggestions above but still can't get my daughter's Gabb 4 phone to connect to wifi. No other phones in our house have trouble connecting. This is really disappointing since it's a birthday gift. Please advise a new fix because the ones above are not working.

I had this problem too, but finally found a solution.
I had set up a 2.4 signal on my 5g device so that the gabb should connect, but it still wasn't working. So I tried messing with the encryption settings and then that worked!
On 2.4 GHz frequency band I set up as an alternative on my 5G network,
I had to choose WPA/WPA2 as the WPA version.
Next my network setup wanted me to choose a WPA encryption mode (note that this option did not show up until after I had selected WPA/WPA2 as my choice first).
Not knowing what any of it meant, I chose TKIP+AES.
And suddenly, the gabb 4 could connect to our home wifi.
