Can't send or receive messages on gabb phone pro 4
We can't seem to send messages to certain people anymore. Sometimes it's everyone and sometimes it's only certain people and cannot get texts. Phone is on wifi. Gabb support has shut off service and turned back on, erased messaging app and put it back on, we have reset network settings, shut phone on and off, erased contacts and then reenterinto phone and try to text. We even got a new sim card hoping that would help and still nothing. Anyone else having issues sending texts (always ) and sometimes receiving messages? Gabb support is always great and helpful but we still haven't gotten to the bottom of the problem and just wondering if anyone else is having issues.

Our team is releasing a Software update to the Gabb Messenger app to all Gabb Phones as of 11/1 that can help with yours and any other customer who is experiencing network issues. To ensure you receive this update, keep the Gabb Phone logged into the Gabb ID and connected to WiFi.
