I'm trying to upgrade to the Gabb Plus advanced account and every time I try it says:
"Undefined array key "new_sku""
Any idea why or how to fix it?

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble upgrading the plan on your device through your MyAccount. Check out these troubleshooting steps to help:
Safari + Tab + Swipe to Private + tap the tab
File + Private Window
Chrome + More + New Incognito tab
Press Ctrl + Shift + n
MyAccount
Dashboard
View Details
Device Information
Manage Plan
Once you have the new tab open, test to see if you are able to upgrade the plan again.

Getting the same error even with the incognito tab. Your customer service hours are too limited, especially for working parents.
I also have tried to upgrade his monthly plan multiple times to the best one and I continue to get a pop up over and over and over again.

I am also having an issue with trying to change the service plan. I tried about a month ago and got a message saying I can only update the plan once per billing cycle (I've never made any changes). I have been trying the last few days and I get a new error message. There is an approved
app my daughter needs for school and I need to upgrade in order to add it. Please help with this!
