Activation
I bought this watch online and paid for the 2 year service plan. I received an email that it was activated but now I’m am setting up the phone and it says plan is already active after I set up activation. Help!

Thank you for this post requesting help with activating your new Gabb Watch 3e. It's great to see that you were able to get in contact with our amazing Customer Support team to troubleshoot this.
The agent was able to troubleshoot by ensuring the line was properly activated to your MyAccount then having you de-register the phone number from iMessage. When a phone number was assigned to an iPhone user before being assigned to your new Gabb device, the phone number can sometime need to be re-registered from iMessage to message properly to and from the Gabb device.
