- Ensure that Photo Messaging (MMS) is
enabled
on your plan:- Log into your MyAccount at
Gabb.com
- Scroll to the line and look under
Plan Details
- Make sure your plan is a
Standard
orAdvanced
plan type as they support MMS (group/image texting). OurStarter
plan doesnot
support MMS.
- Log into your MyAccount at
Reset
in the Settings on Gabb Phone 4:- Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options ->
Reset Wifi & Bluetooth
- Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options -> Reset App Preferences ->
Reset Apps
- Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options ->
RESET SETTINGS
- Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options ->
Reset
to MMS with Customer Support:- Our Customer Support can be contacted by

I tried all these steps and my son still can’t send MMS. We even took the sim card out and put it back in then powered on the phone. I’m really disappointed we can’t send photos or group messages.
