how do I get a transfer pin for my son’s current phone number?

    Hi @Ben,

    Great question! When Porting-Out your Gabb Phone number to a new carrier, they will ask for this information:

    • Gabb Account number
    • Name of the account holder
    • Listed home address
    • Listed contact number
    • Security PIN (same thing as the "transfer pin")
    • All this information can be found in your MyAccount by logging in at Gabb.com and selecting Account Information. Everything you'll need to complete the Port-Out is included there.
