Group Chat Phone 4
For those of you who have trouble finding how to start a group chat on the new Gabb 4 phone here are the steps. First make sure you are on the standard or advanced plan…. not the starter plan. Open phone and go to messages. In upper right-hand corner is a symbol that looks like pen/pencil writing on note paper. Click it. It will bring you to the "compose message" screen. Click slider button that reads "Group Chat" to turn on group messaging. Click on contacts you wish to have on your group chat. when done adding people click on "Create Group" on bottom of screen. It will take you to new screen where you can create message at bottom of screen. I asked customer service twice….once in chat and once on phone call. no one could tell me how to do this. I eventually discovered it myself. Maybe I am not as smart as I thought for not knowing this before I asked customer service. But…. anyhow hope this helps someone else searching for a way to group chat.
