Gabb Messenger for Parents - constantly having to log back in

Every time I go to use the Gabb Messenger for Parents, I have to re-log in. That's about the time I find out that I've been logged out for a while, so flagged texts weren't coming through. In other words, because the app logs me out all the time, I'm not getting notified of flagged texts.

How can I fix this?

• Check MyAccount with Customer Support
  • This error can occur when a duplicate account is created in our system
  • Our Customer Support team will look up the Gabb devices phone number and sync the accounts into one
• Ensure the Gabb Messenger Parent app is updated:
  • You can ensure the app is up to date by deleting and redownloading the app

After following these troubleshooting steps, you should not experience the app logging you out without being prompted again. Hope this helps!
