How do I NOT-renew?
I have been looking at the website and these threads for at least half an hour and this is still NOT clear. If I let my original one year contract run its course, will the service lapse without additional charges?
I need to make sure that my son's watch's contract will NOT be renewed and that we will NOT be billed beyond our original one year contract. I do not want to cancel early, I do not want to incur any additional fees, I do not need to return anything. It seems quite confusing that the cancellation form appears to need a very specific timeline to be completed and does not have an option for "Please do not renew my contract but allow it to continue until the original end date". All I want to know is that I will not be charged beyond my original contract. We will not be using Gabb going forward, it has not been a good fit for us.

This is a great question! Thank you for this post. We're happy to help answer this question for you.
When a line has completed its contract, the line will move forward on a Month-to-Month plan until the account holder requests for a plan change or submits a cancelation request. The monthly price will not change from the contract price. The only change is that the contract has been completed.
If you do not wish to continue with the service on your device once the contract is up, cancelation of the line must be requested through Customer Support or a Cancelation Form. Both can be found in our Cancel a Gabb Line Help Article👈
