Hi @Ally,

Great question! All of our Gabb Phones have 3 different monthly service plan options to choose from. In the photo below, you can see that the Starter plan does not include image and group texting. This is a great option for those who do not want the ability to send and receive pictures through text messaging.

If you wish to change the plan your device is currently on, you can! Follow these steps:

Log into your MyAccount
Select Manage to the right of Plan Details
Choose Select under the Starter plan

We still have yet to get this working. We pay for the plan with photo texts and it never will send or receive them.
