Upgraded phone and lost contacts
I upgraded my daughter to a new phone with the same number, and lost all her contacts from her old phone. There was a text log when I was in the account activating the new phone, and I thought I would just download that to compare and put in her contacts. But after I activated the new phone, the text and call logs are gone even though it is the same phone number. (To complicate matters she can't find the old phone…)

Sorry to hear that the contact on your old Gabb Phone were not all backed up to the Gabb Cloud before activating your new Gabb Phone. Great idea to go to the call/text logs to find those phone numbers! It's great to see that you were able to contact our amazing Customer Support to receive a downloaded file of those logs.
