Wanted to see if there have been any updates yet to the Gabb3 cloud back ups? Like many others, my kids watch stops working almost monthly and I have to do a soft or hard reset. Having thewatch for over a year this is obviously quite time consuming and inefficient to manually re-add contacts and settings each month.
While I wish I hadn’t purchased this watch we still have a contract so would like to know the timeline to fix this vs things like backing Gabb Go up to the Cloud, as this seems less important to parents in my mind. I already have the instructions on how to resent, check for updates, connection etc so no need to post that, we do these things almost weekly trying to get this watch to work. I hate how scary it feels not being able to locate or get a hold of my son with this watch as I never know when the battery will suddenly die or it stops working while I’m in another state traveling for work :(
