It says if I activate my lines before December 18 I get a free month….
I activated both lines. Will this automatically credit my bill for both of the watch lines we have?

Yes! When opting to activate your device before December 18th, your account will automatically receive a credit. Great question!

hi purchased phone for my daughter on December 6. It was activated by December 9. ( I guess automatically ?) even I opened a box to activate on December 16. (it said it was already has been activated 😊) . Anyway, how I can see that the “one month free promotion if you active before December 18” applied if I already paid for the first month and activation fee when I purchased the phone. Will be any adjustments in a bill statement for second month) ?

You will see the credit added to your billing cycle in the second month of service. If for some reason you do not see the credit when the invoice is emailed to you, please contact our amazing Customer Support and they would be more than happy to help resolve that for you.

Hi, I upgraded 3 gabb phone 3s to 4 pros. I am unable to activate them today (for the deal) without losing service on the existing lines. Any ideas? I was hoping to give them as presents on Christmas.
