Hi @Sabih,

Sorry to hear that your daughter is unable to remember the passcode to unlock her phone. Here are the troubleshooting steps to reset your Gabb Phone 4:

Turn off the phone by pressing and holding the bottom button, then selecting Power off.
Hold the Volume Up and Power buttons down at the same time until the phone vibrates.
Once on the Select Boot Mode screen, use the volume up button to go to the Recovery Mode option and use the volume down button to confirm.
Once on the No command screen, hold down the power button for three seconds and press the volume up button.
Use the volume keys to navigate to the option that says wipe data/factory reset.
This will display a new menu. Select the Factory data reset option.
Select the reboot device option at the top, and the factory reset will be performed.

‼️For others who have experienced a similar issue but have a Gabb Phone 3 Pro or Gabb Phone 4 Pro, the reset steps will differ. My daughter forgot her password and I tried powering it off but it required the password. So how do I factory reset it?

I am having same problem. Cannot turn phone off or restart it without password. Cannot factory reset? What do we do now?

Okay, so this is weird but I found my old gabb phone yes it's the first gabb phone so I really hope they can still help even though it's old and the first, but my brothers have gabb phone I no longer do, but I want to get into my old gabb phone but I just can't remeber the password and I need help but I would really really like to not reset my phone it's got pictures and memorys on it, another thing is it does not have wifi anymore is that a problem?
