I purchased a GABB for my grandson. I want my son to be the one who activates the phone so my son can oversee my grandson's activity on the new phone. Is that possible or do I have to activate the phone since I am the purchaser?

Great question! Your grandsons parent or guardian can activate the Gabb device at HERE👈 The one activating the device will need the IMEI and ICCID number that from the packaging of the device. Activation instructions are included.
If you are the account holder, it would be a good idea to have the Gabb users parent name(s) added to the MyAccount as an authorized user. This will allow the parent(s) to work with Customer Support if the device needs troubleshooting. You can do this by following these steps:
