My daughter's watch is only 6 months old and we have nothing but issues ever since. Wish we hadn't committed to a 2 year contract. This past week it started randomly turning itself on and off, on and off, on and off. Constantly. To the point that it turns burning hot and we just shut it down and try again later. It's apparently up to date on all updates. I'm so fed up. Customer service is never any help as they always end up telling us we need to do a factory reset. Which means we loose all data and I have to put in all her numbers and chores and other info all over again. In the last 6 months we've have to do this nearly as many times.
