No ID app on my daughter's watch - How do I update it without the ID app?

I don't see ID on my daughter's watch. She can no longer send voice messages - it's basically many seconds of total silence instead of hearing her voice. I thought it might need an update so I began that process, but I got stuck when I was directed to open her ID app. I can't find it on her watch. It doesn't seem to exist. What do I do to complete an update on her watch??

Thank you for this post reaching out for help! Here are the steps on how to locate the Gabb ID your Gabb Watch 3e to preform a System and App update:

Connect your Watch to WiFi.
Place your Watch on its charger. Your Watch must be charged to at least 30% before updating.
Open the Check for Updates app and tap the Update button. The watch will automatically restart when finished.
Open the Gabb ID app on your Watch and select Update Apps. Your Watch will restart when finished.
