Upgraded but still paying for previous device

I updated my two Gabb watches to two Gabb phones during Black Friday. Once I activated the phones, the watches were no longer usable. So why am I still getting billed for both devices?

    Hi @Denisemc,

    Great question! If the upgrade order was process correctly in your MyAccount and the new Gabb Phones have been activated through a SIM swap, you should not have extra lines. To ensure you only have the two lines on your account, log into your MyAccount at Gabb.com/account and check the lines in your Dashboard. If you only see two lines. you will know you only have two active lines.

    With the new upgraded lines being activated to your account, you will see a prorate-in charge for the new phone plan and a prorate-out of the old watch plan on your emailed invoice. You can learn more about prorates HERE👈
