Case delivered, but no phone?

Case was delivered today, but phone was not delivered with it. Are they not shipped together? If not, I have not received any notification about when or if the actual phone has been shipped.

    Great question! Our amazing Customer Support team would be more than happy to look into this with you. After verifying your account through your 4 digit security PIN number, they can pull up the order to see if the accessory and phone were shipped separately.
