Close apps:
1. Ensure all apps are closed and not running in the background before plugging the phone in at night
Reset the Gabb Phone 4:
1. Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options -> Reset Wifi & Bluetooth
2. Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options -> Reset App Preferences -> Reset Apps
3. Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options -> RESET SETTINGS
Reset with Customer Support:
1. If the above troubleshooting steps do not help, our Customer Support can look further into this to help fine a solution.
2. Customer Support can be contacted by Live-Chat through www.gabb.com, or by phone call at 385.235.6646 Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m-6:30 p.m., MT or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT.

I bought a new Gabb Phone 4 for my son and the battery dies so quickly. After charging all night, it won’t even hold a charge all day with minimal use.
