Subscription on watches we don't have
Hi. I just looked at my billing and it looks like we have been paying for a subscription to 2 watches we haven't had for over a year. Please advise on how we can be refunded for the past 16 months.
Also, my son's Gabb Watch 3 that he is currently using won't turn on. I've tried the factory reset, but I still didn't work. What do I need to do to get a replacement?

Great question. Our Billing department and Customer Support will be able to look into this for you. They will need to verify your account through your 4 digit security PIN number to access your account information. From there, they can help cancel your extra lines and troubleshoot your current lines.
