Hi. I just looked at my billing and it looks like we have been paying for a subscription to 2 watches we haven't had for over a year. Please advise on how we can be refunded for the past 16 months.
Also, my son's Gabb Watch 3 that he is currently using won't turn on. I've tried the factory reset, but I still didn't work. What do I need to do to get a replacement?
