Profile of photos changed to a random person

in Gabb watches
has anyone else had this happen? I just launched the app and the profile photo for my daughter now appears to be the profile photos for some random woman.

Thank you for this post and for expressing your concern with this error. Apologies for any trouble this has caused. This is not an error we have received reports of this error. If anyone else experiences this after following the troubleshooting steps, please comment below.
- Ensure only one Gabb ID profile for each device:
- Log into your MyAccount at Gabb.com/account
- Select
Dashboard
- Select "
View Details
" on the device that is effected - Only
one
GabbID username should be assigned to each line
- Reset the Gabb Phone:
- Reset to Gabb Phone and Gabb Phone 4:
- Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options ->
Reset Wifi & Bluetooth
- Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options -> Reset App Preferences ->
Reset Apps
- Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options ->
RESET SETTINGS
- Open Settings App -> System -> Reset Options ->
- Reset for Gabb Phone 3 Pro and Gabb Phone 4 Pro:
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset all settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset mobile network settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset Wifi & Bluetooth settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
Reset accessibility settings
- Open Settings App -> General Management -> Reset ->
- Reset to Gabb Phone and Gabb Phone 4:
