Garmin Connect not available in app store

I see that Garmin is an approved app. When we try to add it in the Gabb App Store it does not recognize the name Garmin. Is there certain permission needed to get the addition of that app on the Gabb phone 3?

Thank you for this post! Apologies for any trouble you've run into downloading the Garmin Connect app to your Gabb Phone 3 Pro. Here are some troubleshooting steps to help:

1. Ensure you are logged into Gabb ID on Gabb Phone:
   1. Open the Gabb ID app and ensure you are logged in
2. Uninstall - Reinstall
   1. Uninstall the app in the parent App Store from the MyAccount
   2. Reinstall the app in the parent App Store from the MyAccount
3. Update all apps in Play Store:
   1. Open the Play Store app on Gabb Phone 3 Pro
   2. Select the profile icon in the top right hand corner
   3. Select Manage apps & device
   4. Select Update apps
4. Search the app by name:
   1. Type in the whole app name into the search bar in the Play Store
   2. Ex: "Garmin Connect Mobile app"
5. Select the Health & Fitness section:
   1. Scroll down to the Health & Fitness section of the Play Store and search for the app there.
