Texts sent to my daughter's Gabb watch # are being receive by a different person
My daughter just got the Gabb Watch 3E. She can send texts to her approved contacts. She can call, and we can call her. But when I text her, she does not receive texts on her watch. They are being received by another person. She is only trying to communicate with people on her approved contact list. I have her Gabb # saved in my phone. Her texts come through to me, but my texts to her, in the same thread, are being received by someone else. I've tried reaching out to Gabb customer service but can't get in touch with an actual person.

I am having the same issue with my daughter's new gabb pro 4. I have an iphone and when I send a text to her it goes to some random person, but when she texts me or we call, then its just fine.

We tried texting our child's Gabb watch (to test it) and it went to some random person (and their responsive was rather vulgar).
How can we resolve this?

I am having an issue where I am the only one that can text my daughter’s phone. I have 2 other family members approved and she can text them but never receives the text messages they are sending her

Even after getting a new phone number, we continue to have the same issues. My daughter can text people, but when they respond, it simultaneously goes to her and another person (who responds, and there have been inappropriate responses). I chatted with customer service again for an hour, and the only solution was to change her phone number again. I bought this product because it was supposed to be safe. Instead, it has opened communication to strangers asking for pictures from my family members. My daughter's contacts don't want to text her anymore because they keep getting weird responses from strangers.
