I bought 3 watches for our kids for Christmas. We activated them, but they won't connect to the service anymore. The time is wrong, and when I look at the info on the watch, it says the mobile number is unavailable on all 3. They cannot send a text or call, and when my husband and I try to call, it says, "This user has a voicemail box that is not set up; please try again later." I am about to return them and go a different route.
