Can't find my order on "Buy With Prime

I ordered and upgraded to a phone yesterday, currently my son has a watch. I clicked "Buy with Prime" to pay and used that to check out. I never received an order confirmation email. There's nothing in my Amazon account, but it shows order complete in my Gabb account. I also ordered a phone case in the same order that should ship separately and from Gabb, unlike the the phone shipping via Amazon. There's no tracking info anywhere. Wondering how to know when stuff will arrive or if it's messed up since it shows order complete???

I upgrade my other sons watch to the newer watch in a separate order. It still says tracking info "pending." I also never got an order confirmation email from Gabb for that.

    I replaced a gabb phone 3 pro with a 4 pro and it says completed but I have yet to see it. I got it with buy with prime yet it does not show up on amazon in the buy with prime section. I have confirmed that it is the right address and do not know why I don't see it. I tried contacting support but for some reason even though it is open today and it is the right time I cannot seem to access the live chat.

I sent it to the right address and tried to use the live chat feature to contact support but I can not for some reason. I have received no confirmation email and have no idea what to do.
